Rob is the President of Career Climb Consulting, LLC and a Master Practitioner at The Wiseman Group. He is a renowned keynote speaker, executive coach, and leadership workshop facilitator. With over 18 years of experience, Rob has worked with Fortune 500 companies like 3M, AT&T, eBay, Johnson & Johnson, and Salesforce. He has also collaborated with non-profit organizations and has global experience in over 14 countries. Rob's expertise lies in developing leaders and high-performance teams. He is SPHR certified, holds a Masters degree in Systems Management, and has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Dr. Jane Horan is an expert in career transitions, unconscious bias and cross-cultural leadership. An internationally-recognized speaker, she is the author of I Wish I’d Known That Earlier in My Career: The Power of Positive Workplace Politics published by John Wiley & Sons, a business book used by corporate universities globally, and How Asian Women Lead: Lessons for Global Corporations to show new perspectives on leadership and careers. Her latest book on career purpose, published in 2018, is titled Now It’s Clear: The Career You Own. It is an accumulation of over 25-years of work and research working with individuals to find purpose at work.
